I stopped at Tractor Supply to refill a propane bottle on my way to Oak Mountain State Park, and it was a great experience. The store is conveniently located just off I-65, making it an easy stop when traveling. The parking lot is very well laid out with plenty of room to maneuver my RV, and they even have designated trailer parking, which is a huge plus for travelers. The lady who filled my propane bottle was incredibly friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being able to pay right at the propane fill station, which made the process quick and convenient. The store itself was very clean, and every employee I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. That level of customer service is becoming harder to find these days. I highly recommend this Tractor Supply, especially if you're traveling with an RV or pulling a trailer. I'll definitely stop here again.

This was a really clean store. It's in a great location and very convenient to the interstate. The parking lot was clean, the store was clean, the only thing is that they had a lot of things that were very pricey as comparable to everywhere else. Now I understand that it's field and stream brand and that they are expensive but you could go 2 mi down the road to Gabe's and get shirts that are very comparison in look and they're $7.99 and so it's hard to pay $29.99 for a shirt that I could buy the same look at Gabe's right down the road for a quarter of the price. So there was a lot of things that were very expensive. The boots here are very nice but they're $199 and the exact same boots that are Ariat at Gabe's is $99. So they're very expensive here. I do think you should get your cowboy hat here because it's a quarter of the price of the cowboy hats are great priced but the closer really overpriced. But it was a clean store and they're very consistent here and they've got great products and you get a discount. I also like that they've got reserved parking for military veterans. So thank you for your service and great job here at this location I do like it and there's a lot of thing

We love Tractor Supply as we RV around the country. You’ve got the stuff we need and we shop there often. Unfortunately when it comes to refilling RV propane, it’s been a difficult challenge. We tow a car and require pull through propane refills. Finding a store that has that ability is a rare. They often block the drive thru alley with stock. We scope out stores on Google Earth to see if the propane fill has pull thru capabilities. We know the Tractor Supply in Pelham Alabama has the ideal drive thru configuration. We drove several hundred miles knowing we could refill propane at this location. We called ahead to verify they: 1) had propane 2) had a trained person available Arrived only to find the correct fitting was missing. We applaud TS for providing this service. Unfortunately it’s a real struggle to get propane refills in a Motorhome. We know you’re trying, but getting a propane refill is our most difficult challenge. Only 1 in 20 stores seems to have the right setup. We hope Tractor Supply continues to provide this service and makes a few improvements for RV Propane Refills. 1) provide drive thru propane refill capability. 2) add something to prevent accidental loss

THEN TURN LEFT AGAIN ONTO OAK MOUNTAIN TRL DR BETWEEN SHELL STATION AND JACKS. PROCEED IN FRONT OF TSC STOREFRONT TO GO LHS OF TSC IN CW MANNER TO PLATFORM DOCK IN BACK OF TSC FACING EAST. TANDEMS BACK TO UNLOAD. AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD BEFORE LEAVING.
